History: Born & raised in Colorado, lived in Bartlesville close to 20 years now, Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education from OWU, Master’s of Curriculum & Instruction from OSU, 8 years teaching, 9 years principal, love the arts and supporting them and also really love to golf!

Responsibilities you have had regarding the BSO: Guest Artist Committee, Education Committee, Secretary

Why you volunteered to be on the Board: Love of music and to support such a treasure for a community our size.

What the BSO means to you: Evenings of beautiful music performed by talented people who have a passion for that music.

What sort of satisfaction or reward do you receive as a board member: Knowing that I am helping to keep a tradition alive and to introduce others to it.

What recommendations do you have for people who have never been to a symphony concert? Not to be intimidated; come and experience it and you will be surprised.
